Frisco Robbers Assault, Restrain Residents During Home Invasion

Frisco police are searching for a group of people they say forced their way inside a home, stole property and restrained residents Tuesday. Officers were called to the 7000 block of Amberdale Lane, near Teel Parkway, around 4:30 a.m. after several people forced their way into a home. The robbers stole property after assaulting and restraining the residents, police said.One resident sustained minor injuries. Police believe the crime was not random. It's not clear why the home was chosen or how much property was stolen.
