Frisco Man Pleads Guilty in McKinney Murder-for-hire Plot, Agrees to Testify in Girlfriend's Trial

This story will be updated.A Collin County murder-for-hire trial abruptly ended Thursday morning when a Frisco man pleaded guilty to murder Thursday morning and agreed to testify against his girlfriend and co-conspirator.Stephen Brockway says he planned with Chansamorn Pokai to to kill her husband, Richard Moore, in February 2015. They hired Ronald Rosser, a marijuana dealer from Longview, to carry out the job.Rosser sneaked into Moore's McKinney home and shot him as he got out of the shower.
