Foster Mother Arrested in Death of Infant in Forney Home

A foster mother was arrested Monday in connection with the death of a 5-month-old girl who died at her Forney home, officials say. Natalie Parker, 37, surrendered to the Kaufman County Sheriff's Office and Texas Rangers.
