A standoff with SWAT officers led to the arrest of one man Friday morning after shots had been reported in northwest Fort Worth.The standoff began around 1 a.m. in the 7400 block of Love Circle near the Jacksboro Highway.Police had initially responded to a call around 10:30 p.m. after witnesses said four or five shots had been fired in the east end of Love Circle Park near Lake Worth, police said.A SWAT team was deployed around 1 a.m., and the suspect was in custody around 3 a.m., police said.The man was suspected in a series of burglaries in the area and ran into the woods when officers arrived, according to KTVT-TV (Channel 11).No injuries were reported.
