Fort Worth Sister Cities Honors Community Members at Mayor's International Dinner

Fort Worth Sister Cities International stays pretty busy. The chapter maintains partnerships with eight cities, including three in Asia — Nagaoka, Japan; Bandung, Indonesia; and Guiyang, China. Earlier this month, the organization celebrated 32 years of service to Fort Worth at the Mayor's International Dinner at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel. About 400 people attended.Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price and dinner chairs Becky and Henry Borbolla honored three members of the community for their contributions to citizen diplomacy and global understanding. Catholic Charities of Fort Worth received the Global Citizens Award. The Global Nexus Award went to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company.
