Fort Worth Police Nab 4 Robbery Suspects After Chase in Stolen Vehicle

Four suspects connected to a pair of robberies Wednesday night led Fort Worth police on a chase before they abandoned their stolen vehicle and were arrested, police say.It started around 10:15 p.m. when police were alerted to two different aggravated robberies against a man and a woman and discovered a car that aroused officers' suspicions near Felix and Hemphill streets. The car took off once a traffic stop was initiated, leading police down Interstate 35W to Garden Acres Drive near Old Burleson Road. They found the vehicle abandoned nearby at Animas Court and Silver Lake Trail.A search of the area led to the suspects, who were hiding in various back yards in the neighborhood, police said.
