Fort Worth Man Receives Life in Prison for Beating Death of Girlfriend's Toddler

A Fort Worth man was convicted today and sentenced to life in prison without parole for giving his girlfriend's 2-year-old son fatal injuries in 2015.Christian Michael Tyrrell, 24, was charged with capital murder a month after his girlfriend's son's death on March 19, 2015. The toddler, Adrian Langlais, suffered severe head trauma and had bite marks on his body when he was taken to the hospital the day before his death -- his second birthday. He was vomiting and showed signs of seizure.The Tarrant County medical examiner ruled Adrian's death was caused by blunt force trauma to the head.   Continue reading...
