A Fort Worth man pleaded guilty Tuesday to pimping underage girls, a crime that carries a maximum penalty of life in prison and up to a $250,000 fine.Marquist Fulcher, 28, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit child sex trafficking.According to court documents, Fulcher, also known as "Keezie," began pimping out 22-year-old Tiffany Gideon in early 2015. Eventually, Fulcher coerced at least three underage girls, one as young as 13, into prostitution. In late 2015, Shatara Armstrong, 31, began assisting Fulcher in his prostitution enterprise. The two rented rooms at various hotels for the girls to use to engage in commercial sex acts.The two knew the girls were underage, documents say, because the girls told them. They posted advertisements for the girls on Backpage.com, and the girls gave the profits to Fulcher.Fulcher also worked with other pimps like Marcus Speed, 26, and Chapoleon Fischer, aka "Kidd," 28, to recruit more underage prostitutes. The group would use violence or threats of violence to control the victims.Fulcher remains in custody until his sentencing, which is set for Jan. 31.He was arrested last December after leading Fort Worth police on a chase in a stolen truck.
