A man accused of kidnapping an 8-year-old girl Saturday as she walked with her mom in Fort Worth is now in federal custody, officials confirmed.Michael Webb, 51, was transferred to FBI custody Tuesday morning, and is expected to have an appearance in federal court, officials said.Police charged Webb with aggravated kidnapping Sunday after they said he abducted 8-year-old Salem Sabatka while she walked with her mother in a Fort Worth neighborhood.
