A former Collin County teacher arrested last month on a public lewdness charge is now under investigation by the Texas Education Agency. Patrick Brian Kennedy, a former award-winning broadcast journalism teacher at Prosper High School, has had his teaching certification flagged for review by TEA's Educator Investigations Division, his teaching certificate shows. Kennedy, 43, was terminated from Prosper ISD following his Feb. 19 arrest after an incident at a Taco Bell in McKinney and an investigation by the district into the matter.
