Flashback: ‘Lipstick Murder' Was Dallas True-crime Mystery in 1980

Editor's note: Take a look back in The Dallas Morning News archives. In spring of 1980, Debera Martinson was found nude and strangled in her North Dallas home. Her husband, Don Martinson, discovered his wife in their bedroom when he arrived home from jury duty that evening and found their 14-month-old son crying in a nearby room.
