Five Taken to Hospitals After Ammonia Leak in Mountain Creek

Five people were taken to area hospitals after an ammonia leak was reported early Monday in Mountain Creek.Dallas Fire-Rescue's hazardous-materials team responded about 6 a.m. to the the EPI Bread Co. in the 4700 block of West Ledbetter Drive.The leak in a compressor in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system already had been stopped by the time the team arrived, Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesman Jason Evans said.
