Firearm Component Found on School Bus in Mansfield; Police Investigating

Mansfield Police and school district authorities are trying to figure out how part of a firearm made its way onto a school bus.A statement issued to parents by Mansfield ISD said a student discovered the magazine Friday morning.Local police were quickly alerted and responded to the situation. No actual gun was found on the bus. "The safety of our students will always be our top priority, and we're currently investigating the situation thoroughly to find out how the magazine got onto the bus," the statement read.  Continue reading...
