An elderly woman was not injured in a fire that destroyed most of a home in the 10000 block of Gooding Drive near Thomas Jefferson High School in North Dallas, Dallas Fire Rescue officials reported.The fire broke out around 9:48 p.m. Monday in the home of a woman who had an unknown number of cats.
