At first glance, the store at the back of a strip center in Plano seems like many others that sit in similar shopping areas. A look through the broad windows reveals all manner of interesting interior décor, a boon to the city's influx of new homeowners and renters. However, this shop is not like its neighbors.The store's name spells out its mission: Habitat for Humanity ReStore. Known for its goal to provide simple, affordable homes for low-income families, Habitat for Humanity supports this quest through its ReStore program. Each store sells a selection of home furnishings and supplies tailored to its market area."It's furniture, appliances, antiques, cabinets. It's furnishings and home décor.
