Father Says North Richland Hills Elementary School Educator Grabbed Child's Face

A father is accusing a North Richland Hills elementary school educational assistant of grabbing his child by the face, police said. The father reported the incident to police Tuesday evening. He returned to the police department the next day and showed an officer a photograph of the child's face with what appeared to be a mark on the cheek, and requested that an offense report be taken, police said. Police are investigating the case as an assault by contact.The student, whose sex and grade level has not been released, attends Walker Creek Elementary School in the Birdville ISD.
