Falling Concrete Prompts Closure of Southbound Interstate 35 at Marsalis

Dallas police and the Texas Department of Transportation have closed southbound Interstate 35 at Marsalis Avenue, just north of the Dallas Zoo.The closure was necessary, said Dallas Police spokesman Demarquis Black, "to protect the motoring public from falling concrete and bridge inspection."
