Dallas police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing elderly man who has dementia.Miner Carell, 74, was last seen around 7 a.m. Friday leaving his home in the 2300 block of Keeler Street, near Bexar Street in South Dallas, on foot.Police said Carell is a black man who is 5-3 and about 120 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue scrubs and black and white shoes.Anyone with information about Carell's whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Dallas police at 214-671-4268.
