Easter Grass Not the Only Kind Found Sunday, Texas Police Chief Says After Marijuana Arrest

As kids were loading their grass-lined baskets with Easter eggs Sunday, Texas police discovered another kind of grass during a traffic stop, as the chief put it. Officer Kevin Norton discovered what appeared to be marijuana when he conducted a search in Pinehurst, about 40 miles northwest of Houston. The driver, 23-year-old Dreshun Tyre Joseph, was arrested just after 11 a.m., Pinehurst police said.Norton then conducted a vehicle inventory.  Continue reading...
