It's going to be a long night for Dallas County Schools as early returns show voters want to shutdown the transportation provider that’s been mired in controversy over driver safety, financial mismanagement and a questionable business deal involving stop-arm cameras.DCS lags behind a few thousand votes and with historically low turnouts in municipal elections, it could be difficult for the agency to rally with election-day votes.Should the agency be abolished by voters, bus service would still continue this academic year for the eight area districts that rely on its services.
