DWI Suspect Bites Off Part of Denton Officer's Ear, Police Say

A man bit off part of a Denton police sergeant's ear after a traffic stop late Friday night, authorities said.Police pulled over the 45-year-old driver just after 11 p.m. on suspicion of driving while intoxicated on Interstate 35E near North Texas Boulevard.The man, identified by police as Christopher Rogers, refused to get out of his vehicle after officers asked him several times to do so.
