Drunken Driver Injures 2 in Oak Cliff Crash, Police Say

A 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after a crash with another vehicle left two hospitalized Friday night in west Oak Cliff.He faces two counts of intoxication assault, police said.The suspect in a 1997 Nissan pick-up failed to yield to the right-of-way and collided with a 2011 Chevrolet Impala about 11 p.m. at the intersection of Fort Worth Avenue and Westmoreland Road.The front passenger in the Impala was unconscious and hospitalized in critical condition.
