Driver Faces Homicide Charge After Running Red Light, T-boning Car in Lake Highlands

A 62-year-old man died after his car was T-boned Tuesday by a speeding driver who ran a red light at the intersection of Abrams Road and Walnut Hill Lane in Lake Highlands, police said.Jose Aguado, 28, of Mesquite was arrested on suspicion of criminally negligent homicide and driving with an invalid license with previous conviction for the same offense without financial responsibility, police said.  Continue reading...
