Driver Crashes Car in Hurst After Dropping Off Shooting Victim at ER

A man who called 911 looking for the nearest emergency room early Saturday morning dropped off a shooting victim at a North Richland Hills ER and then crashed his car in Hurst.The shooting occurred in the 7900 block of Maplewood Avenue, although the circumstances were unclear, North Richland Hills police spokeswoman Carissa Katekaru said.The 911 call came in around 12:45 a.m. The driver took the shooting victim, a 32-year-old man, to a standalone ER near Airport Freeway and Hurst Town Center Drive and left him there.   Continue reading...
