Downtown Dallas Investment Firm Moves to Comerica Bank Tower

A downtown Dallas investment firm is moving its offices to a new skyscraper location.HighGround Advisors has rented almost 26,000 square feet in the 60-story Comerica Bank Tower at 1717 Main Street.The investor is moving to the high-rise, which has recently undergone upgrades.HighGround Advisors is now located in the ThanksGiving Tower on Elm Street.Founded in 1930, the company specializes in investment and trust services for the nonprofit sector. "The building and our new space are a great fit for our organization, aligning well with our new brand identity and core values,"Jeff Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer of HighGround Advisors, said in a statement.Brad Selner and Brooke Armstrong with commercial real estate firm JLL negotiated the lease with M-M Properties' Mike Silliman.Comerica Bank Tower opened in 1987 and is one of Dallas' tallest skyscrapers.  Continue reading...
