Developers have finished the first phase of construction on the renovation of downtown Dallas' historic Purse & Co. Building.The more than century old former warehouse at 601 Elm Street is being converted into a combination of office and retail space by developer Tanya Ragan.A new showroom space and other upgrades have been completed in the 6-story, 70,000-square-foot building.
