DART rail services were delayed Thursday morning after a fire at an apartment building in downtown Dallas, officials said.Dallas Fire-Rescue said the incident originated from a kitchen fire at the Mosaic Lofts Apartments in the 300 block of N. Akard Street.The fire was near Akard station, causing a delay in all DART rail lines. DART issued a rider alert on its website just after 11 a.m. telling riders to look for shuttle buses at Victory, West End, Deep Ellum and Pearl/Arts Districts stations. This story will be updated.
