Don't Judge Neave for Her DWI, Vote Her Out of Office

Victoria Neave had scarcely been escorted out of the Dallas County Jail VIP exit before the political ripples began to spread.The 36-year-old freshman Democrat state legislator ran her BMW into a tree in Lakewood late Monday night, attracting the attention of police, who noted a strong alcohol aroma, bleary eyes and a tape loop of assertions to the effect that she loved them, would fight for them, and had no intention of submitting to field sobriety testing.Time will tell what the justice system delivers to the House Democratic Caucus' Freshman of the Year.
