Developers Show Off Historic Building Redos in Downtown Dallas' East Quarter

Developers who are transforming more than a dozen blocks of old buildings n downtown Dallas' eastern edge have finished the largest block.Todd Interests last year acquired about two dozen properties along Cesar Chavez Boulevard and Commerce Street, which are being converted into new office spaces. Most of the small buildings were constructed in the 1920s and 1930s.The largest of the structures at 2200 Main Street has more than 40,000 square feet and five floors.  Continue reading...
