Developer Trammell Crow Heads to Plano's Legacy Park With Plans for High-rise Office Campus

Developer Trammell Crow Co. is seeking approvals to build a huge office campus in Plano's Legacy business park.The planned business development with more than 1 million square feet would contain four office buildings between 12 and 25 stories tall on Legacy Drive just west of the Dallas North Tollway.The 18.5-acre project site is across the street from the $3 billion Legacy West mixed-use project and the former J.C.
