Developer JPI Kicks of Its 11th Las Colinas Apartment Project

Irving-based apartment builder JPI is kicking of construction on another Las Colinas rental community.The Jefferson Innova project will be JPI's 11th apartment community in Las Colinas.The 433-unit apartment community is being built next door to JPI's Jefferson Promenade project on Promenade Parkway in Irving.The apartments are located near the Toyota Music Factory and the Irving Convention Center."Las Colinas is a high-performing submarket for office space, entertainment and living," Blake Taylor, vice president and area development partner at JPI, said in a statement. "This is one of the central hubs for the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and exemplifies our focus on ensuring a live, work, play environment for our future residents."We'll continue to be active in this area, which is our own backyard, for the foreseeable future."JPI partnered with CrossHarbor Capital Partners on the new Las Colinas development which was designed by architect Humphreys & Partners.Jefferson Innova will open in 2021.It's the sixth apartment development JPI has started in Las Colinas in the last six years.JPI currently has more than 5,000 apartments in development in the D-FW area.  Continue reading...
