Delivery Driver in Critical Condition After Getting Pinned in Wreck

A delivery worker was in critical condition at Baylor University Medical Center after he was pinned against his truck when a car crashed into it Friday morning, Dallas police reported.The wreck occurred at 12:43 a.m. in the 100 block of North Akard Street in downtown Dallas when a red Mitsubishi driven at a high rate of speed crashed into the delivery vehicle, police reported.The delivery worker was unloading supplies for a nearby convenience store when he was struck, police said.The driver of the Mitsubishi is under investigation for intoxication assault and also was taken to Baylor with injuries, police reported.  Continue reading...
