Dan Patrick Says Bathroom Bill Fight Is ‘settled' and ‘won'

AUSTIN — Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick says the battle over the bathroom bill is over."Sometimes a bill doesn't pass, but you win," Patrick said at a press conference with Gov.
