Dallas Woman Accused of Killing Kansas Mom, Kidnapping Infant Is Ordered to Stand Trial

A Dallas woman accused of killing a Kansas woman and kidnapping her infant was ordered Thursday to stand trial for murder.A Sedgwick County, Kan., judge heard about two hours of testimony before making her decision about Yesenia Sesmas's case, the Wichita Eagle reports.District Judge Ben Burgess entered a not-guilty plea for Sesmas. Her trial is set for April 17. Sesmas, 34, is being held at the Sedgwick County jail on a number of charges, including first-degree murder and four counts of kidnapping.
