Dallas SWAT officers are reportedly responding to a barricaded person at an east Oak Cliff apartment complex. Officers were dispatched to the 3300 block of Southern Oaks, near East Illinois Avenue and East Overton Road, Dallas police spokeswoman Melinda Gutierrez said.This post will be updated as additional information becomes available.
