Dallas Stars Youth Hockey Team Frozen Out of Trip After Miscommunication

The game was over before it started. Since December, parents and players of a Dallas Stars youth hockey team planned to compete this weekend in a University of Notre Dame tournament in Indiana. Now, that promised trip is off because of a miscommunication, a Dallas Stars official said Wednesday. The decision has left parents frustrated and calling for thousands of dollars in refunds from the Dallas Stars Metro Hockey League.
