Dallas police are searching for a 16-year-old who was spotted walking barefoot along Cedar Springs Road Sunday afternoon.Catherine Harrison, 16, was seen shortly before 12:45 p.m. in the 4600 block of Cedar Springs Road, just west of the Dallas North Tollway.She was wearing a purple shirt with a blue Nike logo and jean shorts, police said. She is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 150 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.Police say she may seem confused and be in need of assistance.Anyone with information may call Dallas police at 214-671-4268 or call 911.
