Dallas Police Converge on Far North Dallas Tom Thumb in Search of Robbery Suspects

Dallas police and SWAT officers have converged on a Tom Thumb in Far North Dallas Friday morning in an effort to arrest suspects involved in a robbery there.The robbery at the store near Preston and Belt Line roads was reported around 5:30 a.m. and there are unconfirmed reports of one suspect under arrest and others who might be inside the store.Helicopter images showed a line of officers standing behind their squad cars in front of the store.Store employees have been safely evacuated, according to KXAS-TV (Channel 5).  Continue reading...
