Dallas police arrested a 26-year-old man Friday accused of the sex trafficking of a 15-year-old girl.Francisco Arroyo is being held at the Dallas County Jail on four charges: sexual assault of a child, sexual performance by child, sexual assault of child, and sexual performance by child.
