The failing Dallas Police and Fire Pension System has reached a settlement in a lawsuit against its former real estate advisors, who pension officials had accused of leading the retirement fund astray.CDK Realty Advisors and the pension system both agreed to drop all claims and counterclaims with prejudice, according to court records filed Tuesday.
