A Dallas police officer was hospitalized after a driver rear-ended her squad car Friday morning while the officer was patrolling a construction zone. Dallas police responded to the crash about 4:30 a.m. at northbound Interstate 35 and Royal Lane. The suspect was questioned.It is unclear what caused the crash and unclear whether arrests were made.
