A Dallas man is one of two Texans arrested on charges that they trafficked a 13-year-old Garland girl for sex earlier this year.Shawn Dale Sanders, 43, of Dallas and Shenandoah West Moneypenny, 34, of Gladewater each face one federal count of conspiracy to use, persuade, induce, entice, and coerce a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of such conduct.
