Highland Park Village, the ritzy shopping center surrounded by multimillion-dollar homes and the invitation-only Dallas Country Club, just scored a major coup in the world of luxury retailing.Goyard, a Paris-based trunk and fine leather goods maker since 1853, is opening a boutique in the center in November that will sell handbags known to retain their value like heirlooms.The brand carried by royalty, socialites and celebrities isn’t sold anywhere in Texas now.
