Dallas' ‘First Lady of Football' Is Selling the Hunt Family's Napa Valley Ranch for $19.95 Million

Looking to relocate to a new ranch-style home complete with mountain vistas and a small-scale Napa Valley vineyard? A 40-acre property owned by the wife of Dallas oil tycoon Lamar Hunt hit the market this week with a $19.95 million list price. The 6,615 square foot, three-bedroom home with cathedral ceilings, wine cellar, four-car garage, office space and a gym is in Sonoma County, Calif., near Bidwell Creek.With a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage and a 20% down payment, the property described in a listing as a "luxurious wine country getaway" would carry of monthly mortgage of $80,394 for the typical homebuyer, according to Compass' real estate listing.
