Dallas County Votes to Keep Tax Rates the Same for County, Parkland Hospital

Despite soaring property value increases, Dallas County property owners will not see any cuts in their tax rates for either Parkland Memorial Hospital or county government next year, after county commissioners court voted Tuesday to keep both tax rates the same.
