Dallas County Sheriff's Deputy Arrested on Domestic-violence Charge

A deputy with the Dallas County Sheriff's Department has been arrested on a domestic-violence charge.Jason Glenn Miller, 40, of Forney was arrested Wednesday on one count of assault causing bodily injury to a family member. He was being held Thursday at the Kaufman County jail, with bail set at $10,000.Miller has been employed by the department for 18 years, state records show. He has spent the past 12 years as a warrant execution investigator and member of the department's tactical team, according to his LinkedIn profile.Authorities have not released any details about the allegations against Miller.The Sheriff's Department suspended him after his arrest and is also investigating, KXAS-TV (NBC5) reported.  Continue reading...
