Dallas Arboretum Kicks Off the New Year With Cooking Classes and Tastings

A Tasteful Place at the Dallas Arboretum has it going on in the new year, celebrating what's growing in its 3.5-acre vegetable, herb and fruit garden right now, such as bok choy, radishes, cilantro and kale.For January, this means you can enjoy demonstrations and tastings, plus local artisans presenting their products.Sprinkled throughout the month are tasting events and product demos from folks such as chef Ryan Olmos from CiboDivino, chef Joanne Bondy from Stocks & Bondy, and chocolatier Zach Townsend from Pure Chocolate.
