Downtown Dallas' Arts District has landed a new office tenant.Communications and marketing firm Jackson Spalding is relocating its Dallas office to the One Arts Plaza building at Flora and Routh streets.The firm is leasing 10,148 square feet in the high-rise and will move in September."We couldn't be more excited about this new chapter at One Arts Plaza as we embark on our tenth year as an agency in Dallas," Joanna Singleton, co-owner of Jackson Spalding, said in a statement. "Our team looks forward to capitalizing on the momentum of our growth in a new, dynamic environment that will inspire creativity and collaboration. "Jackson Spalding - which is based in Atlanta - is moving its local office from the Saint Paul Place building on Ross Avenue.The Dallas office serves clients including Toyota, Mattress Firm, Chick-fil-A, Dallas Regional Chamber, Altair Global and Lyda Hill Philanthropies.Dan Harris and Craig Wilson with Cushman Wakefield negotiated the lease with Sarah Hinkley and Luke Walter of Thirty-Four Commercial.Jackson Spalding is moving the ninth floor of One Arts Plaza, a building that includes office, retail and residential condominiums.Other office tenants in the building include law firm Thompson & Knight, Enlink Midstream and Civitas Capital Management."With this lease, we are 95% leased at One Arts," said Lucy Burns, partner with building owner Billingsley Co.
