Coworking Company Snaps Up North Dallas Office Space

A fast-growing coworking office company has rented a new Dallas location for its latest facility.WorkSuites is taking almost 30,000 square feet of space in the CBS Radio Tower at 4131 North Central Expressway north of downtown.The two-floor shared office operation will open in December.WorkSuites just opened its a coworking center on Cole Street in Dallas' Uptown district."Our second Uptown location was 90% occupied within weeks of opening," WorkSuites' CEO Flip Howard said in a statement. "The demand for all types of flexible workspace is growing exponentially, and entrepreneurs and professionals want options without long term commitments or large start-up costs."WorkSuites, formerly known as Meridian Business Centers, recent leased almost 27,000 square feet of office space in Plano's Legacy business park.WorkSuites operates more than a dozen locations in North Texas plus facilities in the Houston area.
