Corvette Driver Flees After Crash Near Uptown That Left Passenger Injured, Dallas Police Say

A Corvette driver crashed overnight near Uptown and fled the scene on foot, leaving the injured passenger in the car, Dallas police said.The single-vehicle crash occurred about 1:45 a.m. Friday near the intersection of North Fitzhugh and Abbott Avenues. The driver ran north on Abbott Avenue. The passenger, who's suspected on being intoxicated, was transported to a hospital, police said. Few other details have been released.  Continue reading...
